The holiday decorations will remain up through at least the first week of January. There will probably be some amazing post-Christmas sales, but, once the festivities of the New Year (and that hangover) pass, what’s left to look forward to?
We’ve all been there. The holidays wrap up, and suddenly, we’re staring down the gulf that stretches from January through President’s Day feeling like there’s not a single break on the horizon. If you live anywhere where the weather gets cold and snowy, January and February can feel like two of the longest and dreariest months of the year.
