There’s a book sitting on the corner of my desk with a bright yellow wrap that proclaims in capital letters, “This book will change your life.” I’ve seen, read, and bought enough self-help and wellness books to be wary of such lofty claims but after chatting with Stanford professor and author BJ Fogg, Ph.D. about his new book Tiny Habits: Small Changes That Change Everything, there’s some serious science to back up this particular claim.
