Self-care has moved from somewhat taboo and self-indulgent to necessary for success in our fast-paced, hard-driving world because it’s become central to our creativity, our passion and our sanity at work.

Finding ways to take care of yourself at the office without drawing attention to it is a tricky balance to find, but follow these five steps I put together for Forbes magazine, and you will be well on your way to taking good care of your mental well-being.
