I had the fantastic opportunity to interview Amanda Hesser, one of the co-founders of the most popular places that you can see thousands of test kitchen-approved recipes, shop for the kitchenware you need to make them, and discuss the results with like-minded people.
Hesser started her career at the New York Times and wrote a couple of books before she and her co-founder, Merrill Stubbs, began the popular food site. Today it boasts more than 7 million visits since its creation, according to SimilarWeb.
