Consumers Want Eco-Friendly Beer

Beer, like most consumer goods, has a significant environmental impact but brewers of all sizes, all over the U.S. are doing their best to stave off the effects of climate change.

Here’s a recent piece I produced for Fortune Magazine’s Path to Zero, a 9-month long series on sustainability and the supply chain. I sat down with the leaders of both large and small breweries to talk about what needs to change, and what beer brewers are doing to reduce their impact on the environment.
