It’s rare that we get to take a peek inside some of the most luxurious real estate in the country, either because the owners are too private, or because the property is passed down from generation-to-generation without ever going on the market. However, I’ve been very lucky in the course of my job, and I have the opportunity to go places that many have never been.

This horse farm in Wellington, Florida is one such place.

I met the Realtor, Carol Sollak at the house on an overcast day and we sat down for a quick talk about the uniqueness of this property. It’s beautifully manicured stables (with a gorgeous wooden ceiling) and perfectly kept grounds made it really enjoyable to spend some time on.
